The Cove

Consisting of a compound of three houses that are situated on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, this site provides a beautiful but challenging location. The houses are primarily used as a corporate retreat, so the outdoor spaces are designed to provide a combination of open areas for larger meetings, as well as smaller, private areas for relaxing at the end of the day. The garden for each house is constructed to connect physically and aesthetically to neighboring spaces but still retain its own individuality. All the gardens are filled with plants that thrive on the salty sea air and strong winds.
